Last updated: July 2026 · These terms cover use of the Kindwatt website and quote service. Your installation is governed by its own written agreement.
Kindwatt Solar ("Kindwatt", "we") is a solar sales and advisory company. We do not hold contractor or installation licenses and do not perform installations; systems are designed with you by Kindwatt and installed by independent, licensed, and insured installation partners. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Online estimates of savings, production, and payback are good-faith projections based on the information you provide, satellite imagery, and typical utility rates. They aren't guarantees. Your formal quote — the one we ask you to sign — contains binding pricing and its own guarantee terms.
Please provide accurate information when requesting a quote, and don't misuse the site — no scraping, probing, or submitting requests for properties you have no connection to.
We'll identify incentives you likely qualify for and prepare the paperwork, but eligibility ultimately depends on your tax situation and program rules. Talk to a tax professional before relying on a credit — we're solar people, not accountants.
The Kindwatt name, the plant-sun mark, and the content of this site belong to us. Feel free to share links; please don't copy the artwork or pass our content off as your own.
This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kindwatt isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on online estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law or your installation agreement.
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Questions? Write to hello@kindwatt.com — a human reads it.
